This is the Millican House in the upscale Forest Hills neighborhood near downtown Wilmington, NC.  Wilmington is located in southeastern North Carolina.  I included a picture of the historical plaque by the front door.  I also included a picture of the frog who watched us the entire time we cleaned this roof.  He and the homeowner were both satisfied with the results they received from Roof Stain Removers.  There is a koi pond under the eaves on the left side of the house and the fish were doing fine when we packed up and left.  Roof Stain Removers uses the soft wash method that is RCIA approved so no fish were harmed.  However, we're pretty sure the frog was deceased before we arrived.
