This was from an old thread, I revised it into a PDF version and with Spring around the corner, it may help some new and old roof cleaners to prep for the new season.

Take Care,

I also keep dog treats in my work van,..makes friends with a barking dog very fast. Plus I like to be nice to dogs even if they're not barking.

Thanks Kim!!

Careful feeding anything to anyones animals though. I know its a rare instance, but some Dogs have allergies. I have 2 Catahoulas that have severe food allergies and even eating small treats or bones makes them break out and their hair falls out. Lol. We have to feed them $40 a bag hypoallergenic organic food. Our yard guy and maid company have strict orders not to feed them ANYTHING. One got a hold of a bone at Christmas and he is still reacting to it after a month.

Ha,Ha,..yea that wouldn't be good Scott. I usually feed them pieces of deer jerky from my own stash,..lets hope I don't run into any dogs with those allergies.

Great job Kim!!!

Add some wire ties to list, local lawn guy was blamed for the death of a high dollar dog, homeowner claimed he left the rear gate open, kids got home and let the dog out, and it escaped, got hit....

Neighbor came to his rescue, she saw him close it, the meter reader was the one that left it open......confuse

So when i mow, I zip tie every gate when I leave.....no issues..

Good point Anthony, Jeff and Scott, just goes to show every time we step on someones property we become liable and liability insurance is a must!

This is a GREAT idea! I will be using this one for sure as it seems there is always that one person looking for some reason to call an attorney! Those things are cheap and even if they can't prove it could be costly in so many ways!

Something I always keep on hand is a spool of craft wire for re-hanging wind chimes, bird feeders, planters,..etc... Alot of times the wire alreadt there is junk.

I also keep purposely made leg levelers of varying heights for the ladder,..instead of scrounging for pieces of whatever. I don't like the professional made attached leg levelers.
