Why don't you ask Chris how long we've known him and if I wasn't a mod for him at one point before your time? And in case you didn't notice.....there are other topics here besides roofs....although CEDAR SHAKE ROOFS are still wood last time I checked.

I'm sick of hearing about this picture! You are a grown ass man crying over a picture of a gutter. Hell anybody with a third grade education COULD clean a gutter with the right tools.
Take it up with the legal system, quit crying on the forums.That picture is not special.

He also bad mouths us every chance he gets to potential customers, even has "people the customers can call" who CLAIM they used us, and we fuked up their property!
Sure, we can sue them, but for what ? He lives in a weekly rental trailer park, and has been in prison! No cease and desist will ever stop him. We get out web site text, pictures, and even our links stolen all the time, nothing you can really do about it except make lawyers rich!

Good point Andy. Literally 10 minutes ago I showed my new guy how to clean gutters in less than 2 minutes. 15 minutes ago he had never even noticed the black streaks Before. He just finished cleaning 250 ft. LOL

Yea I remember those days! I dont remember you, Yall were cruel!!! lol!!! My marketing isnt the same as everyone else, and the name Gutterdogs isnt either.

Whats wrong with cleaning gutters??? Are you knocking that? It's getting me through the winter and something I've been doing for over 5 years now? I bet I can do it faster, more efficient, and charge more than you can!!! lol!!!

I've been washing about 4 - 4 1/2 years now. Started changing how I washed about midway of that.

Before I came here I was using hydroxide to clean roofs. This RCIA method is faster, safer and just plain better. What do you call "a short time"?

Also Yes they have alot of knowledge, that I'll never have, some of it wont need. Their specialty is wood. Being that, and in a thread they posted on. There was bad advice posted and they didnt correct that person. Some newbie comes in here and reads that, goes out and doesnt rinse the brightener off, then tries to seal it? I'm just saying???? Them being an "authority" on wood and to let that pass by? They also bashed a friend of mine, asking about wood. Reminiscent of how I was treated for asking stupid questions, back in the "day".

Does being an authority, or just having a bigger trailer, give someone the right to act like that?

I think when you position yourself as an authority on something. You post on a thread with bad advice on it, and just let it go by... dont say anything? That's kinda cruddy. I believe there is a higher responsability.

I consider myself pretty good now. Not a rookie anymore. Trying to figure the ropes out, this politicin' stuff, lol!!!

When I seen someone post not effective methods for cleaning gutters I'd correct them. Help them. The same with anything I've learned.

Are we here to help each other? or to get link juice.

I have alot of respect for Roger and Celeste, obviously, because I remember them from years ago. They are high up on the food chain. I appologize for my rant. I tried to be polite as possable.

There are some things they could teach me still with wood. My experience with them, is they knock me down. Never helped me just poked fun at me. Things change.

I may have a small ipe deck to wash this spring. I've done teak, came out perfect! Roger or Celeste is there any difference in washing ipe than teak?

If there here to help roof cleaners wash a deck in the back yard, upsell, I'm all for it.
Would be a great benifit to our members. They know there chit!
