I've made tweaks and changes to my website based on websitegrader and have seen improvements in the score. However; just for kicks, I ran it for a SEO guru's website and his score was in the 30s?
I wonder just how much the score of this relates to Google PR, if at all?
I plan to continue to use this tool, but it yet will keep the above in mind.
I have a whole 17 !!!! Yipee!, and plenty of things I need to do... ugh , BUT it says my web site is for advanced or doctoral readers!! LOL that brought it down in scoring.. stinks Can't you just pay someone to do all this SEO stuff for you??? I should call my nephew he is a industry solution architect/engineer at itelligence. Though I have no clue as to what he really does, I think he manages large computer systems. Now if I could pull him away from work... hmm don't know.
Has anybody used rank checker in fire fox. It will tell you what number google ranks you. It looks like a must have if you're working on your seo. My problem is I can't figure out how to download all of it.
Tom - you might want to download the Google toolboar for your Firefox. It has a PR tool made by Google and is always right there at the top of your screen.

Ted I think I did that. You have to click on it and input your url. The thing I was talking about will tell you what position you are. Don't know if I'm wording it right. It's not page rank but what number you would come up when doing a search. There are a bunch of other features on it also.

We might be talking about two different things my friend. The one I'm talking about is in the top of my Mozilla tool bar, and shows the GOOGLE Page Rank of any page I'm on. So it's not a representative, or an estimate, but the real page rank that Google has (or has not) assigned.
I need to look in to the rank checker that you're talking about. Sounds very useful as well.
