How about this guy named Pat Carter who is a non paid " guest " he states the following on all his post....Marylands only certified roof inspector/cleaner. He is not a member....post he's certified on his written post so if a customer see's it he looks certified. Thats not fair to any member on here as well as in his area.

He is a certified roof inspector actually. Through the state of MD and he is the only one that does both that we know of.

The other guy will get a cease and desist order, thanks for the heads up.

Pat Carter, I think he is the same guy, has not washed a roof as far as I know. He called me last year wanting to tag along on one of my roof washes, was going to pay me and everything. Wanted me to price a job for him, how to mix it too. Maybe he has figured it out I dont know but that is where he was at last fall?

Ya know, The RCIA is getting recognized. That's a a good thing.My dream still is; one day the RCIA logo on shingle bundles!!!
Stealing pics, and logos, well thats a bad thing. Still ya know, we will get this fixed, but at the same time shouldnt the RCIA be flattered? LOL!! I dunno?

I came accross this vid of 2 roof washers using nothing but 1 sponge, Im assuming?

Do we have a policy regarding people who do stuff like this and then decide to join when they are caught? If not, I don't think we should accept them. If they've decided to act like scumbags and copy someone else's work they've crossed the line IMHO. I didn't know it was Scott's pics and I don't know what the state flsg looks like up there either, but I knew that was a Texas flag in the pics. I guess he expects his customers not to notice. What happens when they do?

Not to defend him, but the pictures may not be his fault. I've had web/seo companies trying to sell me a website and they told me not to worry about pictures that they had
"stock" photos. You know what I'm probably wrong, if he's gonna lie about being certified he'll steal pictures and doesn't belong here. Let's fire up the lynch mob.
