BBB Standards I Just Signed/ Should Read

Here we are talked about new standards, which I have read and personally agree with.

Today I had to sign the attached standards to get BBB Accreditation. They also checked my business references and did a criminal background check.

I found Number 4 of interest: Be Transparent

Goof info for other members in a two-fold sense. One to see the requirements for joining the BBB and how our proposed standards measure on the a huge corporate level.
