I have never advertised a warranty. If a customer asks me about a warranty, it is because a competitor has offered a 2 year warranty. I will always match that because my roof cleanings have always lasted over 2 years. If for some reason, I didn't get the 2 years, I would just go back and spot treat it, but I just don't see that being an issue. I have many roofs that have been clean for 3 years and are going onto their 4th year.
