It uses what is called Keyword Luv. This means it provides a valuable backlink to anyone who posts there
It is a great educational blog as well, and John talks about a lot of fun stuff, not just business. Read some of the  current threads, and IF you can intelligently add to the conversation w/o spamming  my friend, it will greatly help your websites or blogs!
It takes about 3 posts guys, each in different threads before the miracle happens.
