I would think that you're sitting on a gold mine there Ted. At one time, northern Virginia was the fastest growing region on the East coast. My parents have pictures of the area when it was nothing more than pig farms. Grew up there, 21yrs.

No doubt this area exploded over the last decade or two Jo.  I lived here as a youngster and moved back in my early 30's some time ago.  The growth has been incredible, and even now, with the current economy, there are still new subdivisions going up all around my area.  Roof algae has a very strong foothold on the area now as well.
