The roofs of these Clifton VA homes were restored to like new using a no pressure application as mandated by the strict teachings of the RCIA. Both 'after' photos were taken immediately after the treatment was completed. No rain nor rinsing had yet to occur.
As is often the case, the algae was safely and instantly removed from these roofs via our own 42' hydraulic lift. American-ProTech did not set foot on either of these roofs, nor were ladders placed against these homes.

Nice before and after roof cleaning pictures in Clifton Virginia Ted. Is Clifton near Arlington, VA ? We have some customers who come from Arlington for the winters here. He told me how steep his roof in Virginia is, compared to the winter home here. He also told me how expensive homes are in Virginia compared to here. He sold one of his homes up in Arlington Virginia for 1.5 million, and paid 1/2 a million cash for a home right on the water here!
Chris - Clifton is about 20 miles from Arlington as the crow flies, 25 miles by car. Arlington is adjacent to the Potomac, and just across the river is the District of Columbia. Some parts of VA are very affordable housing wise, but Northern VA is not. And the closer one gets to the city, the more expensive the homes get. Small 1940's bungalos in Arlington EASILY go for $.5M and up. Salaries tend to run high in this area as well, so I guess it all works out in the long run?
