Not familiar with the Rigid compressors but I know my IR wouldn't supply enough CFM to operate two All-Flo's at full functionality. So my guess would be no.
I assume we are talking about wheelbarrow type.

Clyde just use a splitter fitting and blow some hot air into those pumps. I heard you can blow some serious cfm.
