No rinse on this one. The after photo was taken two days after the first wash. Most of the green stuff in the first pic. was a very heavy growth of moss. I made a scraper out of teflon that I used to get most of the moss off before I sprayed. I didn't get a pic. of the moss before I scraped it. I did 2 coats on this part of the roof, first one at the normal mix, second at 50-50. It came amazingly clean. I have more pics of other parts of this roof. It was about 8000 sq ft. It was a roof job, gutter cleaning, and gutter whitening job.
No TSP. I haven't used it at all this season. Anything with phosphate in it is banned most places I clean. ( And I agree, it chokes out the oxygen it the water, killing the trout. ) I did have to add alcohol to the mix for the second shot on this part.
