20 hp @ 5.5 is nice but ive never needed it. You'll never need that much power for anything residential. Even large areas of cement can be cleaned well by down streaming a strong sh solution and a 2 bar surface cleaner with a 4 gpm machine. If your doing commercial than maybe you'll that much power but you'll also need hot water which I don't see on this trailer.

Hardly a turnkey business, hes forgetting everything else there is to starting a business. Like the guy who has an $800 set of golf clubs and shoots over 100.

It is a nice trailer. How much use has it had? Did he do a good job rinsing out any SH. A friend of mine told me he bout a used trailer set up and got burnt. I forgot what broke or whatever, it costed him alot of money. To take a chance on some equipment that is used. 4-5 thousand. I would try to get it down to 3500.

Something must be real worn out on it? The pump sprays 5.5 gph. That seems a lil low to me. I'll go back to pump ups first!!! LOL!!
