We do a lot of roof cleaning in Lakewood Ranch, FL. For those of you unfamiliar with Lakewood Ranch, here is some information about it.

Lakewood Ranch is an unincorporated master planned community in southeastern Manatee County, Florida, United States, built on part of what was once a timber ranch owned by members of Milwaukee's Uihlein family. It is part of the Bradenton-Sarasota-Venice, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population for the 34202 ZIP Code Tabulation Area, in which Lakewood Ranch is located, was 15,335 at the 2000 Census.[1]


Lakewood Ranch is an up-and-coming family-oriented community, soon to obtain its own zip code. It consists of seven villages, including townhomes, custom estates, and condominium units. The most recognizable feature about Lakewood Ranch is its award-winning green community, elected as the largest green-certified community in the United States as of 2009. Some other features about this neighborhood include recreation, shopping and dining, events and festivals, health and fitness, arts and culture, schools and colleges, employment, and worship opportunities.

Well, we go from Ocala down to Cape Coral for big enough jobs. Being located in Brandon Florida, Lakewood Ranch in the  Bradenton area is just a short drive down the interstate. We just had a call from Lakewood Ranch from a roof cleaning customer of 3 months ago. Now it seems the Lakewood Ranch Homeowners Association demands he clean his screen room and Pool Cage. Fortunately, we also had a nice lady call us from Parish, Florida. We cleaned the tile roof of her neighbor a year ago, and she wants her barrel tile roof cleaned too. So, we will go make her happy, then shoot from Parish over to Bradenton to clean the Pool Cage in Lakewood Ranch, and come back home to Brandon.  We will probably stop and eat at the Sunnys BBQ in Sun City Center, since my Son's ex girlfriend works there, and will hook us up! Every roof cleaning job we do, we have our favorite eating places Ray! Customer satisfaction is job one for us, and eating a good meal afterwards is also very important.
