These are the interesting roofs to wash. I used to keep a close eye on ALL my roofs, that I didnt rinse, some I did rinse. Now its just ones like these. Lil too soon to post this thread. This roof in Forestville is 100% no pressure.
I spoke with another washer, He not RCIA. Pics were posted elsewhere prior to here. He knocked not rinsing the roof. He rinses roofs but its with a pitch witch or roof broom. LOL!!! I seen a video or something somewhere. There was moss on this roof. Half it is gone... just a lil more time... 3/4 or so of the heavy GCM, that turned brown, has rinsed away...
ALL NO PRESSURE. Even a garden hose is pressure. can be used that way.
The bacteria, GCM, (the black stains), Usually disapear! This roof is heavy! I sprayed this one! Heavy. Had a 5 gal bucket at one DS. LOL!! Used a litle more butter. Bill told me about some one who used too much surficant, be carefull with that. It can backfire on ya. I couldve used more on this one? As long as its the same as Dawn, I'm cool. I do adjust the butter to the pitch. I like staying on the shouldve used more side! lol!!!
All and all, everything going as planned. I'm seeing what I expect to see on this roof in PG county, Maryland every time I go by there.
Also I gave it one fake light rain after spraying it. Keep the soap wet a lil longer?
This roof is NOT finished yet. I think I'm posting this now, So guys that aint washed a roof yet or guys that aint come across one like this! can see my experience.
I will edit this page With the final pic!!!
You can spray a roof and walk away with no rinse. Even ones like this!!!
