This is the fourth roof cleaning that American-ProTech has recently done in a small subdivision in Manassas Virginia (Hastings Run).  I found out via this homeowner that the president of the HOA has us referenced by name and number on their HOA website or newsletter.  We're very grateful and continue to earn the repeat and referral business by providing top quality work and always doing a little extra for our clients.

Note that in this 'after' photo, it was taken immediately after the roof was cleaned.  It'll look even better after a rain or two.

Once again our 42' hydraulic lift came in very handy on this job.

We've been SO busy - we actually had a fairly big backlog going there for a while.
