The Droid hands down.  ($200 I think, on a two year contract?)  I see you have a few Blackberry phones on the list.  Was a big fan of them during my corporate gig.  if you want a Blackberry, spring for the Torch.  $100 on a contact I believe.

I've been considering an iPhone 4.  I need to stay with at&t due to the family plan though.

I'm with sprint and I got the evo, same as the droid i think. There hasnt been any improvement since the snapdragon processor or really anything else.
The only diff with these htc phones is the evo has a kickstand! I have set the phone on their coffee table and had them watch some of my youtube vids!

Are you on Sprint's WiMax network?  If your not familiar with it, please check on it.  WiMax is only available in some areas, and the greater Baltimore/Washington area is one of them. Should be 4G and smokin' fast due to the bandwidth.   It'd be like hookin' your Evo up to a NOS bottle.

Unlike most phones, RIM (Research in Motion), the makers of the Blackberry, have their servers set up to 'push' email to the Blackberry.  This prevents the need to login and 'poll' your email account for any new email messages.  Simply look at the inbox on your Blackberry for the newest email. (Being a Blackberry user yourself, I mention this for any others considering it.)

Some of the apps I've seen on the Droid could really come handy in our line of work though.

I've been a blackberry user for 5 years now...

While the Droid and iPhone are tempting I can't live without my crackberry!

Phone, instant email, messenger, camera, etc all in one and they all work well enough.

Visual voice mail is perfect! I can see who called and using the "Poynt" application even pull the addy and get directions without having to write anything down. This is a major timesaver.
I can see who the message is from before I listen to it. Listen, then with a few "clicks" have all the info saved to my address book and have google maps show me how to get there. WITH ONE HAND!

Weather alerts directly to my phone seconds after NOAA releases them through Weatherbug.

Of course I can view PDF's, excel spreadsheets, Word docs, powerpoint, etc.
Sync with computer for calendar, etc. And with MOST blackberrys you can print these via a bluetooth printer.

I know Droids and iPhones are great, but given the price, coverage plans, reliability, etc... I've never been dissapointed in my blackberry.

I've had a curve and a tour.

The only problem I have with the Droid is the email. It still pushes the email like my blackberry, but is very unreliable. It lags like 5-10 minutes and will show up with "New" emails, that when I check them, realize that they were from 3 weeks ago. PITA!!! Other than that, the phone is awesome.

All that is good on the droid and the blackberrys. Email is better on the blackberrys.
