We're working on cleaning up Maryland, one roof at a time. Today we cleaned two roofs on Maryland's western shore. Our first stop was in Ellicott City. This roof had a heavy covering of algae on the front and the back side had some moss in its early stages. A couple no pressure chemical applications made this roof look new again. The customers couldn't believe their eyes.

The second job was in Finksburg, MD. This one was a partial roof cleaning. We cleaned the entire front half of this roof. Luckily the homeowner caught the algae in its early stages so it was relatively easy for us to remove. The homeowner assured me that news of their clean roof will spread fast through this development.
Great work, Chris. Looks like a house wash upsell is in order on the first home.
Yes that house was in need of a good wash but the customer is having new siding and gutters put on next week. I'm not sure why, because the siding was in relatively good shape.
nice roof clean and great pictures Great Pictures , did you think about making up a few before and after post cards (big Ones 6x11) and giving them to the customer and tell them you love referrals , they are already wowed why not let them show their friends
That's a great idea! I gotta start doing that. I think people would really appreciate the before and afters, and it could make a great conversation piece for the homeowner.
