I will not try to bore you all with the details, but in this case the deatils need to be out there.

I am 40 married for 15 years with 4 kids: Ness 21, Caleb 14, another daughter 10, and a lil boy 3.
By the way, my daughter who is 21 informed me that her boyfriend proposed tonight.

Tampa event:
My son (14) and I attended the event from Thursday to Saturday night.
Thursday: Meet and greet
Friday: Attended the meeting, and then around 9pm my son and I asked Marcus if he wanted to go to PWP to visit and pick up a new pump. Marcus declined, he was having some family time. (Good man by the way)
My son Caleb and I drove to Lori's shop and met Lori. She was on the phone with a newbie for about 20 min. When she got off the phone, we chatted awhile in the office, and the Rex showed up. We were introduced, took a look at the shops, chatted a lil more, and packed up to head back to the hotel. When we got back to the hotel, I sat and spoke to Bill Booze and "Lowball" Larry. Bill went to bed and Larry, my son, and myself sat and talked til 3am. It was a great night with Larry (another good man)

Then all this drama was started again recently. I had a call from a customer (thanks RCIA) and emailed him some information this evening, I then checked my email to see if he had responded yet (cause I love my customers) and I had an email from PWP Lori Smith.

Thanks Roofdoc. She said yes...I like the boy, he's a good kid, full time job and Vol. fire fighter, but thats is and always will be my baby girl.

As far as the drama here, yes, I do fuel it from time to time, but Biz iz Biz, and family is off limits.

I just hope future distributors understand that this is not a normal thing. The banned company had great prices, good products, but poor service. If all three things were in the good catagory i am certain things would have turned out differently.

I LOVE what I do, and I LOVE my customers. Ask any of them, I send out xmas cards to each one. They keep me doing what I love. I mean how many people LOVE their job?

If it were not for the RCIA, I would be so lost. The RCIA has been there for me on the phone and on the bbs, I have made some good friends from this board. Everyone I met at Tampa, I liked. Therefore, if the RCIA needs me for anything, I will be there for them. Bill & Chris have taken out of their day to call me, that means more to me then the Tampa event. I am in the back yard of Apple, but yet I would call him and let him know that I was bidding a job around him, just as i was taught when i was younger. I may loose it to him, I may win it, but I would never lowball. If you Chris or Bill or AC ever need anything, just call...ANYTIME!

I guess that sounded a little sappy, but the RCIA defused a bad situation that could have hurt more than my company, they were looking out for the RCIA and for my family.

I guess thats what FAMILY does, and thats what I think of the RCIA "Family"

Maybe Lori was on Meds and she quit taking them.

I'm just glad she is gone, along with all the staff, however I spoke to Rex several times he seemed nice enough.

I am not glad that Lori and PWP are no longer on this fourm.

All of my orders were handled and shipped promptly. Never a problem. Their prices were always the best I could find and I always got great advice when I called with questions.

Lori was not good with calling back when I had to leave a message or email. It's an issue I addressed with her privately.

Just because they are banned from this fourm doesn't mean that I will stop doing business with PWP. As long as they carry the products I need and give me customer service acceptable to me I will continue to buy from PWP. That's a personal decision. Everyone has that choice.

I'll tell you what I will miss. All the informative post about various issues we face. Things like dealing with wiring 12 volt pumps, how to make a supply hose with the well point filter that draws from the top, full system setups for roof cleaning etc. Just search Pressure Washer Products and you'll find these posts. I'll also miss the research they did when someone asked about a new product they didn't carry. Ammonyx Lo is a good example. They were always willing to work with roof cleaners to understand our methods and carry the products we need.

It will be interesting to see how new distributors that come to this fourm contribute. Will they take the time to research our methods to find and carry the products we use? Will they make informative post to help us resolve our problems? Time will tell.

BTW I talked to one of the distributors that had a product at the Tampa Expo that I was interested in. I got his card and called him to discuss this product. I ended up getting his voice mail. I identified myself and left a detailed message and asked him to call me back. Well guess what? I never got a call back. So I guess Lori isn't the only one who doesn't return calls.

I also agree with you. I have my own feelings and ideas as to what was behind this whole drama, but to keep from opening up another can of worms, I will keep my feelings private. Wonder why no other supplier has shown any interest in our wants and needs up to this point? Guess time will tell who is right or wrong.
