Bleach vendors are like drug dealers every hand the bleach passes through they step on it. The dilute the bleach and the bleach ages as its tolled along. What was 16% at the plant may be nothing more than 9 t0 10% by the time you get it.

I cleaned some a couple years ago, but it never grew like I wanted it to so I just stuck to pressure washing. I'm in a position now where I can focus on growing the roof cleaning business while the other guys take care of the pressure washing.
