Im cleaning in arkansas and i have found that i have to mix stronger 50/50. I wonder if the algea is diffrent? Im getting my SH from Harcros Chemical.

Bleach vendors are like drug dealers every hand the bleach passes through they step on it. The dilute the bleach and the bleach ages as its tolled along. What was 16% at the plant may be nothing more than 9 t0 10% by the time you get it.
