I am very sincere about that. Im not a bad guy clyde, you and I just had some differences. Hell, even Lori and I got along when we met in Tampa!!! haha You should have seen the look on her face when I introduced myself. haha.
On a side note guys. Be careful of things that you post about another company, Talking about them being broke if they arent can lead to a lawsuit. She's already threatened it once. Just be careful.
This is REALLY troubling me. I am trying to figure out some Rational reason for all of this avoidance behaviour. Clyde, maybe Lori is sick, and PWP is covering for her ? Have you stated your Problems to any other PWP Staff Member ?
I talked to Lori's mother and that new girl and left emails, and the last time I expressed I was mad, so with that being said Lori should of called me.
Chris this is generally the way they run their business by not returning calls I have just got tired of it and they owe me my prize.
I like how lori repeats she reward people for having the patience with her unusually slow response, I dont want rewarded I want regular service.

One can ask questions Scott, as long as they are not malicious, as far as I know ?
I almost did not make it, early in my roof cleaning business. I had a customer scheduled I kept avoiding, because I had no money for chemicals, almost out of Gas too. Finally, I answered the phone, and admitted I was broke. Not only did he front me 1/2 the money for the job so I could buy gas and chemicals, he saw to it I cleaned 1/2 that subdivision! My experiences are that people will embrace you, if you are honest. I don't know IF PWP is broke, or not ? And I am not saying they are either. I am just trying to find some rational reason for Lori's apparent avoidance of all these problems that are surfacing lately.

That's a great story Chris. I don't like how this is going down either. I don't need the prize, I am hurt that she is ignoring one of her best customers, and that I mean nothing to her?
Clyde, I understand how you feel. She will not return any of my emails, calls, or text. Thank god for DCS, now we just need more dependable distributors here. DCS (as I posted before) called me in reference to a post I had made about not getting a quote from Lori after three weeks. I had a quote from DCS in my inbox by sundown the same day.
Ron Musgrave, Thanks for stepping up and forking out money that was due by others. Your a stand up guy. We may have had a difference in opinions in the past, but now, I understand. Thank you.
If it were me and I would have won the pump, I would have already had it mounted and ready to go....but I guess I would still be waiting.
Sorry to see that we are having a dilemma with our most promoted distributor again.
Just to clarify, Clyde does have his pump and a large portion of the items promised. They were delivered to me at the Tampa event and Clyde received them the following week. The parts remaining are the portions of that list that were to be chosen by the winner from a selection of options ie. the gun/tips and hose. I personally have had a total communication shutdown with PWP and am sorry that I have no more information on the prize, I helped arrange to be given away. This was an RCIA giveaway at the event and was sponsored by PWP giving the package away. I have sent a list to distributors of supplies that users on this forum need and want to buy. I want to have options were I buy my materials and equipment and I invite any distributor reading this to pm me for the list and rules of distributor membership at RCIA. Chris is making a distributor area for these people to speak and promote themselves.
I want to thank NCE for supplying the remainder of the prize.
On other topics: I bought a 55 drum of lauaramine oxide for $12 a gallon. We use about 1 cup in a 50 gallon mix, so it lasts a long time. We buy it from our raw bulk chemical supplier. You are looking for Lauramine oxide 29-31% or myrastamine oxide. I have not used the myristamine, but someone may be able to post the percentage of chem/water in it. Tell your chem suppliers you are looking for this and have seen is classified as Ammonyx lo by Steppan and note these synonyms below:
Lauramine oxide is also known as: N,N-dimethyldodecylamine-N-oxide Dimethyldodecylamine oxide dimethyldodecylamine-N-oxide DDNO N,N-dimethyldodecylamine oxide dodecycldimethylamine oxide N-dodecyldimethylamine oxide Lauryldimethylamine N-oxide
myristamine oxide is also known as: N,N-Dimethyl-1-tetradecanamine-N-oxide Myristyl dimethyl amine oxide Myristyldimethylamine oxide N,N-Dimethyltetradecylamine N-oxide Dimethyl-oxido-tetradecyl-azanium Thanks to www.chemicalland21.com for providing the synonyms
Lori don't call me again and fabricate lies, your totally out of place. if you would conduct your business like you should we wouldn't be having this conversation. And you said that you will send my prize out now, why wasn't it sent out long time ago.
I will never do business with you again or recommend you.
instead of calling me and lying to me you should of apologized to me.
Lori just called me and flipped out on me for starting this post, and said how dare I talk to her mother the way I did.
I never talked to any one bad there, and guess what if her mother said that she is a Liar. My last call was with Kelly I guess her name is and after several times she again said Lori was busy and i didn't get nasty with her either I simply said just for get it.
Lori Kiss my azz now I am getting mad your a Liar, and again if you would run your business like a half norma person this wouldn't of happened.
Just received a call from PWP on my fax line but missed the call, saw it on the caller ID. Glad to see a response. Please done call to get on my case. What has been is over, what will be is the focus needed. Let's all take a deep breath here and work this out and maybe not in some cases. I am want to talk about solutions PWP. Just trying to start a good business.
I also work for the railroad, train engineer and am off to work. To continue later.

I think Lori needs banned from this site thats what I think, this is unbelieveable that we are putting up with this crap from a distributor? I mean look at all the complaints here.
And the stuff that happened with Lori and Ron I just couldn't bring my self to believe it untill now. It will be a slap in the face if I see her continue here with out a huge apology, and a serious explantion regarding her behavior, and she still shouldn't be allowed to be a distributor .

Thank you thank you, for a new list of distributors. a distributor that will conduct business as normal. One that we won't have to jump thru hoops for service, and be rewarded for patience.
After 54 entries and the horse has been killed, can we be adults on this forum and put this where it belonged in the first place "In the Shade". This type of public screaming and "who shot John" shouting match should have never been able to be published past the first 5 entries by the moderators before being moved.
Remember, your future and present customers read everything you write, just search Google. moved to a non spidered part of the forum, lets you rant and rave to your hearts content.
It also affects my customers as to what type of "professionals?" are on this site.
Yes, it was me who posted about spelling, when you are so pi$$ed that you can't spell. It's time to slow down and smell the coffee.

The myristamine oxide is great. It is three times as thick.
It has replaced Ammonyx Lo for me and everyone who is serious about saving money and shipping costs on a chlorine compatible surfactant that really sticks like glue on a roof and reduces the roof cleaning chemical run-off should try some.
When you do, you won't go back to the much thinner A-Lo
Clyde, are you planning on seeking out and receiving your winnings twice or are you going to finally decide what you want to receive and from whom? It is quite simple. Please email me a list. (Clyde, could you please stop calling my cell late at night?)
BTW, I was banned for weeks on RCIA and lightening struck my modem at home as well. I finally received a new modem from the cable company this morning!!!) I have been offline and felt it inappropriate to post during business hours when I have been calling customers back instead of posting on the computer. I have had customers tell me that they saw that I had time to post (six months ago) instead of calling them. They explained that they were upset. Out of respect to you, I respect your time and try to call everyone back as quickly as I can rather than spend my time posting.)
After the ban, I finally logged on today to check what was going on and found this three page rant by a person that is NOT GRATEFUL but is actually COMPLAINING. Gheez. If it is really bothering you that much Clyde, maybe you should give the package to someone that is not going to be as agonized, tortured and completely persecuted by winning $1000 of FREE equipment that is going to make you money. I know of several guys that would be grateful to you for the donation.
Again Clyde, I am sorry.
My sincere apologies go out to all of you whom are witness to yet more drama posted on this board without my knowledge.

I've been puzzled as hell for a month and a half. I never really understood what the drama was between Ron and Lori. I know I was tired of looking at it. All I want is a supplier that will respond and deliver at a reasonable price. I don't think that is too much to ask. I need stuff and I like it as quick as possible. How can a biz be broke that is so busy that they have to hire more staff? I don't understand any of this. Not even a tiny little bit of it.
