I called Lori from PWP Three times, and left messages with her mother and the other office girl, and sent her an email.
For 5 days I'm trying to call to place an order and ask if my prize that I won has got sent out, and each time she is to busy to accept my call or atleast return my call.
Guess what Lori, your way of doing business and taking up to a week to return phone calls is unacceptable.
as for my self I will take my business else where, and I will not recommend you like I aways have in the past.
Maybe with all your issues here on this forum board you have chose not to do business with us members anymore.
folks there is nothing wrong with Lori either, each time I called the staff simply said she is busy on the other line and by the way the staff couldn't answer my questions so I was dependent to speak with Lori.
So It doesn't look like I will be getting my Prize. lol

I am trying to set up a rig and after reading the forum about how good she was I thought, she's the best. So last week I called and left three messages that were not returned. The staff couldn't help me either. They said I had to talk to her. So where do I go now????????????????????????/

Hey guys sorry to hear about these problems with Lori, I have had a few problems with not getting my phone calls returned either also I got some ammoxy-lo and it seems thinned out compared to the other 5 gallons I got a few months back but again she hasn't returned calls or emails so I am unsure of what is going on. I my have a suggestion for you, I use the yamada air pump like Chris from Apple but I use the Poly pump with the teflon seals. The one I have has lasted almost 2 years, it finally started leaking a little today from the top bolt. I decided to order a rebuild kit and another pump just to have. A new yamada poly pump with the teflon seals is only 415.00, plus 12.70 ups shipping. It has a 1/2 inch in and out lines. This is cheaper than the all flo 1/2 by 150.00 dollars, I think the 3/8 one is 385.00 or so. The company that I got it thru is BPH Pumps, they had one on the shelf and got it sent out today. If any one is interested I have there number and the pump has done very well for me, let me know.
Yea, well I tried calling to ask about it and again I am unsure of everything that is going on but I do not like to judge but when you call and email and your dealing with a supplier and they do not return your calls or answer than what are you suppose to do. Either way, I gave the msds sheet to my bleach chemical supplier guy and he is looking into getting it for me since there seems to be an issue with returned calls. I hope all is well but I have a business to run and try and grow.
Wow James you think the ammonx was thinned down? I'm anxious to see what many other members here have to say now that this is an open subject.
Lori seems to be a great person but the company its self needs some help IMO. I think maybe she is getting pulled in to many directions at once and cant keep up. I was going to place my order with PWP a while back and talk with Lori for about 30 minutes and told her what all I wanted. She told me that I would be receiving an email with the quote attached. Well when it can it wasnt for any thing we talked about. It was for like 3 pumps truck brushes and all kinds of off the wall stuff. I just needed a pump and some hose. Well after some other things went on I just went with another company. I don't know whats going on over there but I do know that it is not good for business. I hope they get things worked out.

I used a 1/2 inch Yamada Poly Roof Cleaning Pump with Teflon Diapraghms for almost a year, unrinsed. It saw tile roof strength chemical about 1/2 the time. I did have enough sense to protect it from UV Rays. Once the Poly gets ate up, the pump is done. Kynar can be rebuilt. All our pumps are now Kynar Yamada's. Yamada sells new manifolds for the Pumps to fix that leak. Their customer support is great, and so is All Flo's. IF getting a yamada rebuilt, send it back to Yamada in Chicago, although BPH is right there in Chicago too. Don't fool around with someone unfamiliar with the Yamada Pumps, or lacking ALL the parts to do a rebuild the right way! Many well meaning yamada distributors lack ALL the rebuild parts, and will sometimes clean an old part, and stick it back in, hoping for the best! Yamada knows their pumps inside and out, as does All Flow, and ALL the parts are right there too! You got 2 years out of a 415.00 Yamada, ya think it paid for itself yet ?
Okay. I thought it was just me. The 5 gallons Ammoxy-lo I bought was very thin and didn't do what I thought. I had a 40 gallon mix for a roof job and had to add more after using a quart. I have also tried to call and left a number of messages, as the staff says I have to talk to Lori. That was over two weeks ago and still no response. Whats going on here with this company? We need more suppliers!!! I am looking for other options. Starting out I need a supplier that will at least talk to me.
I honestly just don't know what to make out of all this, alot of things happened earlier with Lori and I couldn't bring my self to believe these things, I stuck up for her each and every time. I'm very dissappointed in her.
Well I hear a Chris, the poly pump is not directly out in the sun since it is a enclosed box truck so that is not a issue for me. I do rinse out the pump at the end of the day or on the last job of the day and I did get the money out of the pump so I am happy with it, it did very well for me. They told me there was two rebuild kits, one for the air side and the other for orings and seals. I figured I would get a new pump then test my rebuild skills on the old one. I used to rebuild hydraulic pumps and servos and actuators in the military so I am familiar with some of those type of things but again we will see. The number for BPH PUMPS is 866-295-9161, the stock number for the pump is NDP-15 FPT this is the poly pump for 415.00, the kynar that chris talked about was over 600.00 so since mine is not in direct sun light the poly works for me.
Glad to hear someone else had a problem with the thinning of ammoxy-lo or hang tight it is called. Hopefully I can just get it locally here and will not have no worry's about it any more.
Chris look at your MSDS sheet and you will see what that their is only one ative ingredient, so ask your supplier if they can get it for you, or just check back here.
