Folks, I quoted a job yesterday evening for a HO that had interviewed multiple folks/companies and had a number of estimates in hand.  He told me the job is 'pretty much' mine because he 'liked what I had to say' (Thanks again RCIA), I just need to produce a county document for him.  (This county is adjacent to me and is not my home county - no big deal. )

I've decided I don't want the job as I'm somewhat risk averse, AND business is taking off  practically in my backyard anyway.  Price is good, and it could very well lead to numerous other jobs due to who he is.  I'll provide more detail to anyone that may be interested.

If you don't follow the RCIA process, please don't call me about this lead.

Also, if you don't have a number of jobs behind you, please don't call.  I got this lead because of a very good referral and really want to ensure the client is very well taken care of.  Thanks or understanding.
