Yea this with out guard, and downspouts that i can get to pop pretty quickly. That is most. Set the ladder as few times as possable, if you can set the ladder once and get to 2 sections of roofs do it. Gutter guard and screens charge extra for.

good thread. i did 6 gutter jobs yesterday. two took an hour and a half (one was unwalkable, one was walkable but had 260 linear feet 100% clogged and 50% frozen), one took half an hour (walkable but 3 clogged downspouts) and 2 of them took 10-15 minutes. I will definitely be trying to get the quicker ones on a contract. How do you do contract cleaning with gutters. spring summer fall? twice in the fall? just hope they call you when they need it?

another tip, work from the top down if your blowing them out. sounds like common sense but i wasn't thinking and had to do a lower section twice yesterday.

Verry good! Lots of guys are great at cleaning gutters. Not many are good at cleaning downspouts!

If you did a good job they will all be quick ones next year. Teach them the importance of clean gutters like a clean roof!

Hey Mike! This is a nice offer you made!
I do ok at cleaning out gutters, but noticed in recent times the expression "Gutter brightener" "Gutter Whitening" is this something beyond normal pressure washing? = Coating them with SH / Surfactant and washing off with pressure? Some special chemical to "Whiten / Brighten" the outsides?
Thanks my friend!
