Elastomeric Coatings look great, especially on Tile Roofs! They clean right up too, as long as pressure not used.

The Police fly around in Helicopters with Infra Red Sensors, looking for folks growing a little weed inside their homes.

Wow Robert, this sounds very exciting! You are correct, there are many members of this Forum who either clean, or are interested in learning how to clean roofs. Many, like myself, are long established roof cleaning companies in their target markets. But some of us have been STUNG by roof coating scams with 10 year guarantees to keep a roof clean. Many of  us are still cleaning these roofs, and the companies who made these products left us holding the bag!
What type of guarantees do you guys provide, and will you reimburse us if these roofs get infested again within the warranty period ?
Do you have to be a painting contractor ?

 

Hi Chris, for over the 40 years Nutech has been in the industry of manufacturing residence roof restoration coating, we have come across all the claims “short term” coating supplies make about coating keeping the roof 100% clean from moss, & lichen, basically, any area that water/due  can sit/build up, it’s a breeding ground for bacteria. We carry and 8, 10 and 12 year warrantee on our 3 main top coating products, that it want, peel, crack fade or delaminate, subject to application to our guidelines. For any “coating supplier to state the roof will stay “100% clean” for 10 years is misleading to the extreme. Our 2 main products, Tileflex 2000 and NXT cool zone both contain “Nano-Technolgy” which in short acts like a non-stick frying pan, contaminants have a harder time sticking to the surface so basically the roof surface stays cleaner for longer, Your market in Florida is very much the same as the QLD climate in Australia and Asia, where our products have been used for over 40 years. Chris, bottom line, you buy a new car, from a dealer, you wouldn’t go back to him after 2 weeks and complain its dirty, you wash it!, Our Roof Coating technology is no different to you waxing or polishing your car, it will still cleaner for longer than if you don’t do it !!! Just playing Devils Advocate here Robert, but I can just hear a potential customer say "Algae won't stick EH, well I can dump Armor All on my roof for a lot less money" These are objections we are likely to encounter. IS there sales training availiable ?

And what are the costs to the consumer to do a average 2500 sq ft home with a tile roof ?

 

After watching that guy spray the roof on the video the first thing I am buyng is a 2 foot extension for that spray gun. No way I'm bending over that much. At least not without a kiss first.
