Lori I guess you will soon be joined with competition here on this board. You have a good heart, great service, good products, and fair prices.

the only thing you need to work on is returning those phone calls immediately, getting those orders out on time, and hire another sweet girl like you. All you gotta do is try a little harder. lol

I honestly can't see any one better than you.

I'll say it again she has done magic with PWP, a few months back no one here even knew PWP.

Joe from Amen told Larry, Larry then introduced her to the rest of the BBS world.

From there it was all Lori, I talk to hundreds of contractors weekly by phone. Most love talking with Lori on the phone.

Recently they have been slammed with orders and business. Lori was Smart she started running specials on the web and do prize contest.

The first one was the Allflo pump Brian won!!

After that it was several more, those kids are great we all love them. The kids ad a accountability the drawings are on the Square. ( very Smart)

Lori has taken PWP this Far and she will continue. PWP has been around for years and will be around for years to come.

She does what she can and personally I have not heard any real complaints.

I would Buy from PWP if I wasnt currently happy and loyal to who I have bought from for 20 years.

Give Lori a Hip HIP hurray....PWP all the WAY!!!!!!!

 I mean it !!!

She deserve props where props are due, I hope her family appreciates almost what she has done for the business almost single handed.

I heard they recently hired a person, I'm sure once trained they will get faster and faster.

PWP is doing a good job for the industry keeping guys supplied.

Distributors need contractors and contractors need distributors....Its that simple

Just as distributors on this board will depend on it to provide people to sell to, RCIA also depends on distributors to send us their customers to train and certify.  None of the big national distributors are gonna support RCIA if they can't be here too.
So yes, Lori will have competition, and may the best distributor win. Lori was wise to listen to our needs when other distributors would not. But word gets out fast, and it is no longer a secret all the business she is doing. Just as OUR competitors want a piece of us, her competitors want a piece of the RCIA Action. Competition for our dollar is in the best interest of every RCIA Member.

Not sure how much time she spent with me on the phone and sending e-mails, and the sad part of the whole thing is I got talked into getting a "box" special from her comp.

Sorry Lori, but to make it up I will get anything and everything from PWP, I truly mean that Lori!!!!!

From day one Lori has helped me like no other. Yea she may lack on the quick return calls however once you have her on the phone you will know right away that you made the right choice and never ever look at another girl.

I like her so much I will be featuring her in my next video. As seen by millions.

Good post Ron, you hit the nail on the head.  PWP is under going on a growth spurt and we all know how hard that is until you get your employees trained and up to speed.

I liked the PWNA highlight they recently did on another Co. I hope you kept the one they did on you for your scrap book.

The mail order vendors simply can't be there for you when you break. This is where the local guy comes in.

I was very impressed with Lori!!!! Never had such a fun time talkin shop!

I think she is over whelmed with work, ( she forgot some free o-rings, supposed to be better. viton sealed or something, brown in color.). I would not place an order with anyone ellse. I recieved a free gallon of her gutter cleaner. Paid SnH.

I'll try her gutter cleaner. BUT... later on that.

I bought the apple butter, it has a diff name now, and the apple fragrance.

The apple butter... Its not that expensive. I used it today. The Apple fragrance! get it! 2 sloppy cap fulls per 5 gallons! I couldnt smell money!!!!

The mail order vendors simply can't be there for you when you break. This is where the local guy comes in.
That is why it is important to always have extra equipment on had for when something breaks.   When I ordered my roof pump from Lori I did not stop with one pump.  After a month of having purchased my first all-flo pump I bought two more pumps.  I another all-flo pump and a Fat Boy.  I am already glad that I did.  Yesterday morning I was transfering chemicals into my roof cleaning tank while mixing a home brew.  The brand new all-flo pump quit working suddenly after having cleaned only 2 roofs.  I quickly grabbed my spare all-flo pump which I had not even mounted yet and was back in business within half an hour.  That particular job was for the ex-mayor of Katy TX.  He has many connections through out the area and I would have hated to look like a nonprofessional roof cleaner who could not show up due to equipment malfunction.

I am now on my 3rd Rigid air compressor in less than 1 month after the 1st 2 failed on each of the previous 2 jobs that I cleaned with the all-flo pump.  I love Home Depot's 30 day exchange policy on defective equipment.  For that reason I am also mounting & plumbing a Fat Boy also on my trailer.  Redundancy.  A professional never has to rely on the excuse that his equipment broke.  It makes you look bad and unprofessional to your customer.  If the air compressor or all-flo breaks I can fall back on the 12 volt system or vice versa.

If you are tight for money go with one pump to get you started.  I highly recommend saving your profits to build a redundant roof cleaning system.  There is nothing worse than losing income while waiting for your replacement parts to show up or hearing a vendor say that the part is back ordered.

When I am finished I will know which pump is better and shoots furthest.  I started with 200' of 5/8" Kuri-Tek hose, but I also bought 200' of 1/2" Kuri-Tek hose.  I will find out for myself who is right about the hose diameter issue.  I can appreciate what Chris Tucker says but I hear Scott Davis being very adamant that 1/2" hose has worked fine for him.  Yes, 5/8" hose gets heavy when pulling a hose full of SH up a 2 story tile roof.  I am no weakling but why work harder if it is not necessary.  I will keep everyone posted as to my test results which may be a month or so as we are still quite busy between our jobs, vehicle maintanence, pressure washer maintanence, and trailer overhaul.  I can't wait till everything is done.

Marcus that is such a great point you made about having extra equipment. I would rather buy extra equipment from Lori ahead of time and save money oppose to breaking down and spend much more at the local store. its the smart thing to do folks order back up stuff, and be prepared for these things. Great post Marcus.

You do have to make it. SH is to unstable to be added to other ingredients and packaged. It would go stale too fast.
