As one that is here to be educated on proper applications and products. I believe it is healthy to have suppliers list their products, within forum guidelines, which I am still learning. I would like to see more feedback on any products promoted and there results. My two cents.
I live in an area where asphalt roofs rule. I cannot see where a pressure washer/cleaner would be used on such a roof, given the material makeup of asphalt shinkles. I am sure open to learn if such would benefit the roof and customer.
Personally, I plan on a rinse with any roof cleaning, unless I can be educated that a non-rinse is of more benefit to the job. Well, that's why I have joined this forum, to learn from the experts in this field.

Nicole, I fixed your signature to better reflect what you do. Plus, you had both links going to your email! This is all fine and good, but I think your potential customers need to see what you sell before they email you ? ARE you the guys who make the Powerhouse stuff ? I know some guys swore by that stuff for housewashes.
Thanks for fixing that Chris!
We do sell the Power House Cleaner. Our #1 house washing cleaner by far!
I have to check the MSDS for Powerhouse to be certain, but I have had several veteran roof cleaners over the years tell me that they added Powerhouse to their roof clening mix. A few even claimed they could use less sodium Hypochlorite by doing so. It does contain an Iso Butyl Alcohol, and this increased cleaning is predicted in the US Patents that reference a mildew cleaning mixture comprised of sodium hypochlorite and a Tertiary Alcohol. It is relatively inexpensive I am told, onlly like 60 dollars for 5 gallons ? I have always wondered how it will work for cleaning roofs ?

Power house contains sodium hydroxide as well as the butyl. Also a fragrance that doesnt work as good as the apple fragrance. I have over time used less and less with houses. I got it now to where I can apply it to painted wood and It doesnt take the paint off, lol!
I pay 70 for 5 gallons, it aint cheap. I stick with what I know works.
Shingle shield is hydroxide. I had to use a pressure washer with it, before I found the RCIA!
Hydroxide is what I use to strip decks.

If memory serves me right, there are 2 power houses. sunbrite has one, the one I use, and envirospec has one? If they are the same or not I dont know. I just get my stuff from Henry. And now I like the fragrance and apple butter (gription?) from Lori.

This class was a great success at the Atlanta Roundtable with 60 students. We are limiting this class to 25 so please SIGN UP EARLY! Last day to register is July 23rd.
Hey Ron, ever thought aboout posting info about Tampa Roundtable on Craigslist ? The local guys here might read it because several of them advertise on it. I have a craigslist ad, never got any response from it, but it;s free, so WTF ? There are several craigslists for the Tampa Bay area to post this training class, and the roundtable on.
You are an Animal Ron, a real sales machine Larry and I joke that you came out of Mom selling scalpels to the doctor I learned a lot listening to you speak at the Lakeland, FL roundtable. I hope you are speaking in Tampa again ?
