question 1... how long does a roof cleaning last in your area

question 2... are there any roof preservatives that work

most of my customers want some kind of guarantee and i want to offer a preservative. i found a couple online and i have been using them but i have no clue if they will work. let me know what you guys think. Thanks Josh

P.S. im from CT so every roof we clean has moss and lichen....

Every area is differnet we offer a 2 yr guarantee in our area and just from experience and talking to customers we have found a roof takes about 6-10 yrs to get signs of algae, this is our area. we offer a preventaive maint. by applying a apple solution annualy for about 1/4 of the cost of orginal price to clean their roof

what do you guys use like a liquid zinc sulphate

No no no no. first of all if you spray liquid zinc anything and the home just was fertilized you could blow the place sky high. No joke.

You have to be very careful with chems and never carry things that don't mix or stuff that is easily triggered by other substances or surfaces.

We stay away from all of that dangerous stuff and do what we do...Clean the roof Safely.

If we come back year after year then their isnt anything to clean so if you have to you are doing a light coating and out of there in minutes and you schedule this a year in advance and a bunch on the same day.
