We have been extremely busy these past few months completing Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing jobs for both residential homes, Condo and Town Home association communities. I must admit that we have actually gotten so busy that I haven't been taking as many pictures as I normally do. I ran across these Roof Cleaning pictures from a job that we did for a small Town House Community a couple of months ago. There were only 6 units in this HOA. One of the smallest HOA'S that we have ever done Cleaning work for but it was still a fun job to do.
All of the Shingle Roofs were Cleaned as well as the buildings, Balconies, and all of the Concrete Driveways and Walkways. We used 4 people on this particular job and were able to complete it in 6hrs. I only have a few pictures of the Roof Cleaning being performed and Didn't even get pics of the final results but I figured I would share them anyway.

I admit, the pictures I took are pretty lousy. I should go back and get a few good after pics. However, when we finally finished the Cleaning/Treatment they all thought it looked like a new Shingle Roof. The buildings that they thought would need repainting looked pretty much like new paint and the concrete came out bright white. Hmmm! Maybe I should go get some good after pics.
When you do a lot of cleaning for an HOA, do you ever run into Tenant problems? If so, how do you handle them?
I cleaned quite a few roofs in a community of duplex's about 2 years ago. The roofs I cleaned were not requested by the owner of the unit but by the Property Management company since the owner had not cleaned the roof after receiving warning letters from the HOA. All too often you run into a Tenant that throws a fit because you used his/her water (all $0.50 worth!).... or they say they never received a notice and dont want you on the roof.
It's frustrating to me anytime I have to deal with anyone but the owner of the property.

No Pressure Roof Cleaning Charleston - Mt. Pleasant SC Pressure Washing Charleston - Mt. Pleasant SC
I just bid on a large condo unit uilding wash today. it's 3 [four in the front] stories and has 30 units in it. i also bid on a large church roof a few days ago. hopefully ill end up with at least one [hopefully both] of them.
why do you get to walk on roofs when i doit i get yelled at lol
There is a bit of a difference in the pitch of the Roofs we walk on compared to the ones you have been walking/taking chances on. The ones you have been walking/taking chances on would have been shot from the Roof line if were us doing them.
