Quick fix for quick connect

I drench my QC in wd 40 and lube them up pretty good after that with bearing grease. They last a bit longer that way.

Does no one else use plastic Cam Locks? I find they work great, just make sure to check the seals all the time...

those qc are for air compressors you might want to try qc that pwp sales they are made to hold little longer sh.

The whole chem line is for air! Chit it works and parts are EASY and CHEAP to find! The hose reel and 100ft of hose, $50! The spray nozzle $3! and I have 2 backups! I can fan tip, if walkin the roof, cover more area faster, or jet, and get about 25 feet with the jet.

I like to move in baby steps. I just got a 12v pump this year! Just a 2gpm. Will move up to the fatboy next, better line, etc. Down the road.

My setup isnt going to last the longest. It HAS increased my speed.

I understand I did not mean to harp on you about the QC. I know what you mean about budget I got my pump from northerntool 2 gpm what kind gun are you using may I ask is that the air hose from Home Depot.

The gun is just a garden hose nozzle, all plastic and cheap!

all the fittings and adapters etc are at lowes and home depot. Dry fit everything to see if it works first. Teflon tape everything. Hose barbs need need hose clamps. Its really easy once you go in and get your feet wet. The hard part is going and starting to fit this with that etc. I'm embarassed how hard I thought it would be. To get you started. I use a regular old garden hose nozzle. Right. You need an adapter to fit the nozzle. That would be a male garden hose adapter. You want to attach the nozzle to a hose. Determine what size hose you are going to use, find a hose barb to fit that hose with a male garden hose end. You will be embarassed too after you get ya feet wet, at how easy this is! And thank me later for not doing it all for ya. - Mike

Yeah I have 2 of them and I keep meaning to get more, they are the best and they hold well.

Hey do you guys use liquid teflon or chemical pipe dope because that works so much better than teflon tape alone, I put LT on first them tape then LT again. It may take an extra 30 second out of your day but its worth it!
