Lori and her whole family are great. 

I've been working with Lori's father, Rex, for a few days now - getting a new pump for the pressure washer. Rex has been super helpful!

I only wish they were closer... I'd love to be able to just drop in to pick stuff up..

Not complaining about shipping though - I got my All Flo in 2 business days.

Send her an email at the business and tell her your trying to place an order and that your not happy.  Trust me she'll call you back then.  That's what I did and now she returns my calls real quick.  She is very busy and she probably needs an assistant to help her.
