Check Out This Product For Improved Ladder Safety
Permalink

Has anyone tried this product? (The Spider Gutter Protector/Ladder Stabilizer)

This is unlike any other stabilizer I've seen.  It is adjustable and can be used in various applications.  This seems to be a great safety feature to add to your ladder. It greatly improves ladder stability, allows safe access to roofs and reduces the chances of ladder kick-outs, and minimizes gutter damage.

It is 224.95. They will not accept anything less. I just called. I like it though. The Buy It should be fixed soon.

Looks like a nice setup for your ladder, I have stabilizers but the only thing is the rubber boots come off sometimes on them. What I did do is went to northern tool and got some of the rubber spray that you can use for tools and going to spray that on it and see if it works in place of the rubber boots. If it works I will post a picture and let you guys know.

The website is not the greatest. It is still under construction. You have to order by calling the phone number. However, the You Tube video really shows what this safety feature is capable of. Pretty impressive. A little pricey, but if it makes the job easier and safer when on the ladder, then it is worth every penny. We just ordered it and will take pictures and give our 2 cents on this stabilizer once we try it out.

I caulk my booties with 'through the roof' then add a couple self tapping screws. They do not fall off anymore.
