Lyons Pressure Wash and Handyman Services, obviously by the name, we pressure wash also. But we started out that way. And being in the Northeast, you can't play with water year round, so we got into snow removal. We also do lawn care, deck restoration, home repair and more. We enjoy doing more then just one service.
We pressure clean concrete surfaces and soft wash just about anything else. (chems differ for each application)
Gutter Cleaning and repair is a good upcharge/additional you can add.
But yes IMHO you should offer to wash/clean by whatever means is most effective any exterior surface you can think of. Including RV's, Buses, boats, and Travel Trailers. You can "soft wash" these items as upsales to your Roof Cleaning business.
We are roof cleaning professionals trained to clean roofs, that doesn't mean thats all we can/will clean.

I thought this was a Tree Service Forum??? My bad! Hahahaha!
We actually do all phases of Pressure Washing from whole Town Home Associations and Condo's to Residential Presure Washing. I would say that about 45% of what we Clean involves Pressure Washing and the other 55% is Roof Cleaning. We get a lot of call for Roof Cleaning and normally always end up doing Pressure Washing of one kind or another on almost every Property.
You can really maximize profits by expanding to add a complimentary service, such as pressure washing or window washing.
For instance, when I do a roof cleaning, I'm usually going to soft wash their house or pressure wash their drive way while I'm there.
If I give an estimate for window cleaning, I'm able to sell a soft washing probably 75% of the time. So it usually goes from a $300 window washing job to a $600 window washing/soft washing job with no windshield time in between.
There is more money in roof washing if you can find the roofs in your area to clean. Otherwise you have to do what you have to do to make ends meet. I agree with Walk though, lets stay on the topic of roof cleaning only on this forum.

My pressure washer is for my surface cleaner. Guy on the ground with water hose in hand, me on the roof, and one guy on driveway and sidewalk. I then wash house with roof machine at lower mix ratio.
Go land some quarterly accounts. They will help fill your down time. Door knock etc.
I've been cleaning all kinds of surfaces using non-pressure. just modify the solutions. ive been doin more housewashes than roofs, as it seems to b a hard sell around here right now. i even found a non-pressure product to clean car wash walls that got me a monthly contract. the only thing i've had to use pressure on was a deck. i've even gotten into shutter restoration. the more services you offer the better. upsell one from the other. they'll bite on something. good luck.
