Thats how you can tell the professionals from the "wish I hads" that only had 1 post over the last 3 days. Great site with great people.

 

Whats Crazy is these guys do not understand How important the Signature Is.

If the forum is going to be usefull then they need to use this feature wisely

I had a customer last week that was referred to me by a neighbor that was researching roof cleaning and learned about the apple sauce, other mixes, etc... then found some of my posts and mentioned to the neighbor to give me a call to look at her roof to see if it needed to be cleaned.

I looked and it is 10 years old and no fungus on it whatsoever and still looks brand new.

I ended up getting a house wash out of it and will be maintaining the home with 2x yearly house washes.

Wish there were more great neighbors like that out there.
