just wanted to know if anyone has adjusted the pressure screw on they're Delevan and why? if so how much did you actually adjust, and what's the best way to do it if you have?

or is it something you should'nt even mess with if your pump is working properly? guess it's something i want to know just in case if my pump has troubleshooting problems in the future. i know all delevan come adjusted to the same setting from the factory. but remember, delevans also have 1/2" in/out ports. any thoughts guys?

I ran into problems with this a few years ago and got conflicting info from some veterans..... I'd call the manufacturer to be on the safe side.
Pat when you say problems, what kind are you talking about if you dont mind me asking? thanks for your time.

Only reason to really adjust it, is if the pump it cycling on and off. Then only adjust it till it stops cycling.
Pat would start off by reducing or increasing the pressure?

It was a few years ago so I dont remember exactly what it was .... I think it may have been cycling too much. I think the problem ended up being too small of nozzle size.

thanks for your input Pat. i have'nt had any problems so far, but it's something that i thought might be useful to know. just in case they do arise, if the pressure screw is something i should keep in mind when diagnosing a future problem. thanks for your time.
