Enclosed trailer progress

Moving everything over into the enclosed trailer is taking a lot longer then I had anticipated. Staying too busy to get much done. I need a few days of not needing the equipment to move it over..

I have coated the floor with truck bed liner. I need to go up the sides a foot or two but I wanted to wait until I had the interior plywood painted. I was going to go with white, but then I saw this green... man it's bright! I need to touch everything up with a brush, but I'm waiting until I build some shelves and also a mini wall to hang the hose reels on.

I just placed the 125 gallon tank over the front axle to see how everything was going to sit. In front of the 125 gallon tank I'll have two 35 gallon tanks. Behind the 125 tank will be my hot water skid.

I'll be mounting the All Flow on a small shelve a few feet off the floor next to the side door. This will prevent something from sliding across the trailer and hitting the pump. It will be somewhat more protected up off the floor. The Rigid air compressor will be bolted down somewhere towards the front of the trailer as well.

Sweet, somewhere on this site are pictures of enclosed set-ups, plus I think Lori from PWP has some posted as well.

Looks very nice, I'm just working on a skid type set up for my truck, no trailer.

Are you sure that the trailer is big enough for that tank plus the air pump?

Why do you guys go so big with all your stuff?

Probably didn't read my entire post, did ya? I have a hot water skid that's going in there.. hose reels.. more tanks..

Not to mention my DI window cleaning equipment, water fed poles, ladders...

Maybe I should have gotten a bigger trailer..

I used to have everything on a 16' open trailer. I hated pulling that thing around - not to mention I could not get it into some areas to clean. I have since gone with more portable set-ups and my trailer is a 10 footer now.

I am thinking of getting an enclosed trailer too. I am just worried that moisture and chemicals will rot the floor and walls. Did you use a spray-on bed liner, or just some heavy duty paint?
