Markus I hope you can understand why I was offended. If you have a problem with certain people please take it up with them. As you can see the way you chose to deal with the situation only caused more problems. I never insulted you before this and thought you were fine, but yes when I saw this post it landed right as a personal insult to each and every member on this board. It is not about board conduct or rules it's about common social skills, you could have just made another post saying, is anyone going to answer this??
Now seriously pretend your me and read that top post and tell me it does not seem insulting??

At the same time :)
My post back to you was a similar overreaction to what's going on with some people who have been rather rude on the board lately. Looks like we both got fed up and it landed here!! So I hope we can move on.

And seriously to all you new guys, we don't owe you anything. You don't get to come in here and tell people who have donated hundreds of hours of their free time to this, how it is. When I came on this board weather my question was answered or not, and sometimes it was not, All I did was say thank you till I was certified. If any of you thinks that posts like the one at the top of this thread are going to be ok around here you are very wrong.

This part is cool Markus, so did most of my family, but it does not mean you get to insult my forum witch I love as much as my country and this forum is serving you and feeding your family. Thank you for your service and thank you for responding and working through this with me.

Didn't see the original question.

I have an "outlet" hose bib connection of the down side of the pump. I can turn a valve which shuts of the flow to the spray hose and diverts to the hose bib.
I then connect a 6 foot hose to it and put the other in in the top of the tank. I turn on the pump and cycle the chemicals to mix.

May not be the best way, but its what I do.

Whats the smallest batch you make, Always 55gal or larger?

I have 2 60 gallon tanks. One for SH and one for mix. I mix whatever size I need for the job at the job but usually 45 gallons.

Markus, sometimes questions get missed, things fall through the cracks.
May I suggest you do fill out your signature as asked, so we may know who you are ?
That tells us you are serious biggrin about learning.
Thank you for serving our country too!

No Problem Chris.  I'll make sure I fill it out tomorrow.  It's 1 am and I'm wiped out.  Enough reading for one day.

I am wiped out all the time, always tired cry

With u on that Chris! Thanks Kid!!

Meant to say earlier we mix on site as well Scott. One guy makes the mix while the other preps the job site, then it circulates while they stand up the ladders and inspect the gutters/ roof.

I don't post much but I've read most posts since I joined in December, and many, many older posts. Maybe close to 600 hours. Re: mixing, we mix on the job from a 55 gal sh to two 30 gal mix barrels. I've rarely used more than 30 gals on any one job but did a 120 gal job last week.

Happy Birthday Bill!

Bill.  I appreciate your post about overreacting.  You mentioned common social skills.  Although I do agree that new members need to do their time by reading and learning, there are some people on this site that seem to forget that just because someone is new to the site, it doesn't mean that they should not be respected, are not intelligent, or have successfull lives outside of this forum.  They are just new to this forum and its expected protocols.  I would not have joined this forum if I didn't respect what you guys do here.  I do respect the time that you and many others have put into this site, the knowledge you have, and the great things this site has to offer.  Sorry for getting off to a bad start.

Thanks KID and Paul S.

Kid, what are you using to circulate your mix while setting up?

I agree we all need to watch how we respond to questions, Questions and open discussion are what drive this forum. Remember where all of us started. Maybe not such a good idea to answer questions when were tired,or irritated. Terry
