A Trigger Gun that will hold up to SH and accidental drops

I have been using the same Suttner ST-2700 Trigger Gun for the last 5 years in power washing using SH.  I tried it on my new all-pro pump after using a ball valve and I am more than pleased with the results.  I am using it w/o a wand but it could be added if you ever need it.  It has a hair trigger.  Once you pull the trigger past 3/4  open it takes less pressure to hold open due to the Relax Action design.  You can also feather the trigger for small quick bursts.  This is a STAINLESS STEEL gun that shoots 12 GPM.

Talk to Lori she can get them.  I told her my plans for using that gun when I purchased my all-flo.  Be ready for the sticker shock.  They are usually about $115 bucks but well worth every penny.

Here is one Trigger Gun that claims chemical resistance.
Here is the truth about stainless steel, it has only a C or a D rated resistance to Chlorine. But it all depends on how thick the stainless steel is to how long it holds up ?
Maybe rinsed out right away, these will last awhile ? Keep us posted Marcus as to how long it lasts with the higher sh concentrations of the all flo pump ?

5 years ago I bought 4 trigger guns.  I have used 3 of them for the last 5 years.  The rebuild kits are still sitting on the shelf unused.  The remaining unsed on I used for the 1st time today.  Having the hair trigger made it a breeze to go over small areas for touchup.

Yes I do rinse my equipment after every job for 5 minutes.

Have you sprayed roof cleaning strength chemicals through them Marcus, or house wash strength ?

I like the pvc wand because it looks dramatically different from a pressure washing gun. I don't want the customer to see a pressure washing trigger gun and think I'm using a pressure washer - since I do have a pressure washer on the trailer and I am using a gas air compressor - I could see how the two could be confused.

Or is that all in my head and customers really don't know the difference?

As I mentioned in my 1st post these 3 guns have had diluted SH injected into them for 5 years now and with no problems.  Now I am using a more concentrated mixture for roof cleaning.  I will keep you posted on the results over the next several years.  The injectors are envirospec 20% super suds soaker injectors.  They inject more SH than any other injector that I have seen.  I n the last 16 years I have used many trigger guns.  This is the only gun that I have found to be trouble free using SH.

PVC wands do look different but the customer does not know the difference.  You should always explain your procedeure to the cstomer in your sales pitch as being low pressure and that what they will be hearing is the gas air compressor driving you aod pump.

Use what you want but this gun has worked well for me in an SH enviroment for 5 years flawlessly.  It has a hair trigger making it a breeze to spot touch patches.  I do not use a wand on the gun.   I hook a 4 way nozzle holder directly into a 1/4" coupler socket attached directly to the end of the gun.  When climbing ladders I stick my arm through the trigger of the gun so that I have 2 hands on the ladder at all times and let the gun rest around my fore arm as I am climbing.
