Largo tile roof cleaning

This is one we did today for a property manager.  It is a clubhouse for a mobile home park in Largo. 
10,000 sf done in 4.5 hrs with 40%, 1.5 gal amonyx LO, and half gal of butyl celusolve.  It was really nasty-solid black on most of it. 
Doing the other 2 club houses tomorrow.

GThat was one thick bed !! Looks like the butoxyethanol helped make it look cleaner as well. With this roof you didn't rinse?? If not then it worked very well. Since it's a solvent have you noticed any adverse effects on asphalt over a few years??

I rarely rinse, we get enough rain to take care of any leftovers.
I had added a half gallon of butyl cellusolve on this one. It came out of the wand so foamy there were bubbles floating away.

With the shingles, again, there is enough rain here to keep shingles from drying out.

Got to love the Butyl ? There are many US Patents that support it's use mixed with the SHC! We did a 14, 000 sq ft roof ourselves yesterday over here using the Ammonyx M (Apple Butter) and the Green Apple Fragrance.
Nice tile roof cleaning work over there in Largo Jon.
