Here's a few pics of a no pressure roof cleaning performed by Chesapeake Hydro-Wash in Newark, DE.  We ended up booking another while we were there.  The customer couldn't believe the instant improvement.  He said that he had gotten an estimate from another roof cleaning contractor.  The other contractor's price was 3 times mine and he was gonna clean it with a roof rover.  Wow, I didn't even know that people still used those.

Yes, this roof was sprayed from the ladder, right at the gutter line.
