Mike Sullivan uses the poly cam locks. I have seen a bunch of poly fittings break in half lately. Does anyone have godd/bad feedback on the poly fittings barbs or cam locks?
We prefer brass. It is extremely durable.
I only use the banjo poly quick coupler on the hose reel. My output chemical hose on the hose reel has brass crimped on garden fittings.
My intake plumbing has black Banjo poly fittings with hose clamps to a 3-way Banjo ball valve to switch back and forth from chemical to water for rinsing.
My output plumbing from the pump to the hose reel is also poly fittings with hose clamps, with the quick coupler at the end of the jump hose to attach and detach to the hose reel.
This fixes the problem I kept having with busted, leaky, rusty hose reel swivels.
Would be nice if a 3/4" - 1" kynar hose reel swivel existed.
I remember Chris laughed at that thought, LOL! That would be the day.

Mike, there IS a Plastic Swivel that holds up, and NOT the one from titan either! I told Lori about them, she is investigating getting them for us! I have 3 of them, and they have a field rebuild kit that is easy to install when the O Rings and swivel insides fail, and they will. They are by FAR the best swivels i have found, stay tuned !!!

I just hooked up my All-Flo KE-038B3 aod pump to a rigid 150 psi 10 scfm air compressor wheelbarrow pump. The pump starts out at 150 psi but drops after 5 minutes and can only maintain 65 psi while hooked to the aod pump. Is this the way it is or am I doing something wrong?
There is an adjustment knob at the top of the filter/regulator you should have attached to the air line between the compressor and the All-Flo. You should be able to maintain close to 90-95 with this adjustment knob.
I set the regulated pressure out of the Rigid aid compressor at 80 psi. I am running the air through a 1/4" ait hose 15' long to another regulater/water filter with a guage, then straight into the aod pump. The guage at the regulator before the pump bounces between 40 - 60 psi no matter how I turn the regulator. (It may be defective).
