Great pictures... Good luck with the new pump & keep us informed on how it all worked out! If things pick up here I will need to take the plunge and gear up production levels. biggrin

Nice looking pump, is that a yamada air pump? I use a yamada air pump and I love it. I do keep mine rinsed out after each use though and it is going strong.

you should put a air regulator /water seperator inbetween your valve and hose. It will help deliver cleaner air and keep miosture out of the pump guts.

Pat is that one of the 1/2 yamadas off of ebay? I need to buy another backup and was looking at those.

Ive also got a titan air compressor. Choke it and it starts every time first pull.

That pump should make you more money being able to apply your cleaning solution faster and with a thicker coat. Time is money. What kind of gun or valve do you plan on using?

On your intake of the ball valve put a 45 degree elbow,..just like what you have at the tip. This will allow the hose to hang more freely. Also takes the strain off the fitting.
