This home in Cary NC had its outside restored to good as new with the following quality services offered at great prices by Midtown Service Solutions of Raleigh, NC

This home received:

  • No Pressure Safe Roof Cleaning per RCIA specification
  • House wash
  • Rinse all windows
  • Lightly scrub and treat lower sills
  • Treat and lightly scrub ridges on garage door
  • Clean and treat gutter stains
  • Remove debris from gutters
  • Remove vines from side of home
  • Pressure wash driveways and walkways

Unfortunately I only have "Before" pictures of the front and that is not very good due to the camera (now replaced) falling in a bucket of mortar mix the week before.  The owners are managing this estate and did not know the true color of the roof. The entire roof was black except for a few places. There was moss on the front left but it doesn't show well in the picture.

I give package discounts but they already knew what they wanted so I gave one price. I did the driveway for free b/c I can't stand to do all that and leave a dirty driveway. A clean driveway and a clean roof are top priorities in giving your home looking good to sell. In this market you need all the edge you can get.
