I've had the same thing happen to me. For those instances I do make the exception. That and on Tile Roofs that are painted and are being prepped for paint. We have to remove any lose paint from the Tile Roof before the Painters come in to do their job.

I work for money, customers' happiness is what makes that possible at the end of the day. We're all in it for the money. I worry about making me happy first and foremost,...because if I'm happy, then I know the customer will be happy!!

The only way the checks roll in and continue to roll in is if your meeting or exeeding your customers expectations. If the customer is unhappy there are NO checks. Obviously we make them happy.....This in turn makes me happy.

Here is an email I recieved from a customer that we performed services for about two weeks ago. It was a total but plesent surprise to get this. I took their last name and email address out for obvious reasons...
