The advantages of using an All-Flo air diaphragm pump over a 12 volt pump are as follows:
1. 5 year warranty compared to voiding a warranty when you pump chlorine through a 12 volt pump 2. Can use very small nozzles like the ones used in pressure washing. Can control the amount of chemical applied. 3. Do not have to charge a battery to maintain system. Just add gas to your gas powered air compressor! 4. Can use smaller chemical hose such as 1/2" BUT 5/8" IS MUCH BETTER! 5. Reliable....no pump-sitting 6. Outstanding vertical spray reach 7. Even a 'girl' can change the diapragms! (It is very easy.) 8. Do not have to rinse the All-Flo's. Each pump is assembled by All-Flo for us for use in the roof cleaning industry. 9. Chemically rated as "A" for SH, Alcohol, TSP, Sodium Hydroxide, Hydroflouric acid, Sulfuric acid, and Calcium Hypochlorite. 10. Does not overheat. 11. Does not need to be kept dry. 12. Do not need to keep a spare ready to go 'just in case'.

Some other things to think about is the pump takes up less than 1 square foot of room.
The flow coming out of the pump, you can use 2 guns no problem for those very large roofs.
If I remember the prices correctly, you can rebuild the All Flo for under $50.00
You need a good size air compressor that puts out at least 10 cfm, the popular kind is the "wheelbarrow" type like the Rigid from Home Depot that cost about $700 depending on where you live.
My Bandit roller pump went out today before leaving to do a roof so I put on the spare. I have a rebuild kit that I will see if that pump is worth rebuilding.
My next roof cleaning system will be the...........All Flo from Pressure Washer Products!
With enough of you guys using that great pump, it will be my next pump purchase for this year, just need to get some more roofs done to make the money. I have the hose, reels, tanks, trailer, etc..... Just need the pump and air compressor.
Right now I have a 125 gallon bulk tank and a 50 gallon mix tank. When I get the All Flo pump, I will move things around and put larger tanks onto the trailer so I can do more roof cleaning in Texas.
