I'm just looking for a shortcut.  Maybe I'm a little lazy?  I have learned a TON from this site already!

Most people are my friend, I bet that book would sell like hotcakes.  In fact most here said they would love to have one if you look at the polls from last year and 6 months ago.

Roger,
I cleaned an asphalt shingle roof in July that was 22 years old. The lady was a widow and stated that her late husband had the roof cleaned a couple of times before he passed away. The roof was in good condition and looked like new when we finished cleaning it. It was a 3-tab and probably had a 20 year warranty. This roof could last 30 years if cleaned.
