I tried the post card thing also. I didn't get much of  a response. I went with door hangers and did very well. I like the idea of being able to pick the homes of my choice. You can design you own hangers or post cards at vistaprint or 123print .com. Copy and past from you web site and your on your way. I only buy 500 pc. at a time. This way I can changes things as I go. There is always room to improve. Remember always print on both sides of flyers, business cards, post cards or door hangers.

I think the average hit rate on direct mailings is only 2-3%.  So, if you're getting 2-3 calls from 100 postcards, you're doing okay.

Hes Chris?You were saying something about the postcards being put in the mail box and the carrier not taking them out.I thought putting anything in mailboxes(besides your own) was against the fedral law.Am I wrong about this or am I taking something the wrong way?

 saddly its more like .05% with direct mail enless you buy a good target list then 1% is a great number but that is here in tampa where you get 10 or 20 mailers a day
