I was wondering what % of sales do the masters of Roof cleaning  keep for marketing?
and how much money do you guys spend a year on marketing?

11-15% is were I ride. Most fortune 500 companies spend 17-22%!!! So if you spend 20k and don't get at least 110k back your marketing will need reevaluation.

I averaged around 9% per month of gross sales from April until the end of Nov. I do very little print advertising. Most of my efforts are internet based.
