Beaverton Tile Roof Moss Heres a project Im bidding on.  Im thinking blasting it with a zinc treatment and returning in a month or so to pressure wash.  
Any suggestions?

alright i have to start off saying im a tru believer in no pressure roof cleaning but im willing to admit i would use a pressure washer for that one and not feel like a sellout or hack i trully think that is the best aproach

The picture is the worst area of the project. The rest has the typical moss and heavy algae and some lichen.

Im going to bid the moss treatment only at this time. I will suggest waiting to see what turns out in a couple months and go from there.

Tim,

Zinc can stain the concrete tile, you might think about using SH on that project. Just a suggestion.

I'm very interested to see how this works out. I have LOADS of roofs like this (and worse) near me and want to find a no pressure cleaning method,.. even if it does involve a double treatment and a month or 2 before it comes right.
